Strength of Event

How strong each PPA field was this season, using the rankings from the week each event started. Each draw is measured with its own discipline's ranking, and the event overall with the World Pickleball Rankings. Once an event is over, its numbers never change.

Strength (0-100): the share of the top 100's ranking points that entered, so depth counts: a field with all of the top 50 but nobody from 51-100 scores about 80. Overall uses the World Pickleball Rankings, averaged across men and women; each draw uses its discipline's PPA Tour points (mixed uses the men's and women's mixed lists merged into one ranking by points). 100 means every top-100 player played. Tap a column to rank by it, and an event to see every player in each draw with their discipline rank at the time and how many of the top 10, 50 and 100 played (- = outside the top 200).
